It's quite rare to get perfect estate agent. But Kerr&Co at Shephards bush deserves whole hearted appreciations. David the sales manager made sure we had a nicely agreed terms and arranged multiple viewings. Audrey Saxton then took over as service manager and has been quite responsive. From arranging works, to updating our rental property in line with new laws that are passed, to renewing contracts and finding excellent tenants - they honestly do it all and more. Twice we put an offer on a flat with Kerr & Co. The first time we were told there were two offers and the landlord had chosen the other. We were advised to be quick and put an offer on the second one because we hadn't been quick enough the first time. We were led to believe there was no reason why the landlord wouldn't accept us. Nobody replied to our making an offer at all, and when we asked for an update two days later we received a very blunt, rude reply saying it was a no, with absolutely no explanation. Lazy and uncaring.
