Upon walking into the letting agents, Emily was so approachable from the word go! Emily knew I would love the property that I am due to let with my partner. Nothing was a problem, Emily was efficient and showed us around the property the next day, I loved the property and she kept us informed quickly and efficiently! I had the warmest welcoming from Wood's Estate Agent, where the employee's lead me to Emily when I was looking at property to rent not knowing where to start. It wasn't long for her expertise and professionalism guided me to help me find my goal, as in any shoe's of moving and seeking places is a stressful nightmare, but she and all the staff at Woods made easy and stress free.

We sold our house recently with woods estate agents. We could not fault our experience from start to finish. All of the staff were helpful, courteous, and prompt in responding to any queries we had. The team at Woods are the best I have dealt with whilst looking for a rental property in Portishead. Emily was the first person I spoke to in the team and kept in contact with me every couple of weeks and offered some valuable advice in an "off the chart" rental market on ways and options on how I could secure a property, when not being local to the area. Emily was amazing, reassuring and a thoroughly nice person to deal with.

I then had the delight to speak to Kristina who was just the tonic I needed after securing a property with another agent (who, well one person in particular, had the most abismal customer service) for the LL to pull out due to a change in their circumstances. Kristina offered some much needed kindness and humour after an awful 48 hours. My luck was in as they had just received an opportunity that I went for (remembering Emily's advice).
