I cannot rate the service I received from Wheelers highly enough. They are professional, friendly & genuine. The sale of the tenanted property was difficult at times but their experience & diplomacy shone through. I was kept updated at all times & had total confidence in them. They also recommended a solicitor who was totally on the ball & needed no chasing! I would not hesitate in recommending this independent estate agency for the personal service they offer.

A really positive experience! I can't thank Joe & Alison enough for helping us through a really tough time. I lost my brother during the pandemic, he lived in an area miles away from us and we were at a loose end. Calling Wheelers was honestly the luckiest thing that happened to me! I've sold plenty of properties in the past and with probate I had to get at least three quotes.

I first met Joe when I came down to Brighton to buy our first ever home. Joe was so friendly that I wondered what was wrong with him! Coming from London where a friendly smile is often a sign that someone wants something from you, I wasn't prepared! Joe was so reassuring about the area (and what a wonderful area Hanover is), the schools, the park and crucially, the amazing pubs, that when we came to selling our house a few years later I didn't hesitate getting back in touch with him. Selling our house wasn't a doddle, but Joe, Alison and Ronny go the extra mile.

Joe and Alison from Wheelers were incredibly helpful through the process of helping me find and purchase my first home, and despite a few delays (none of which were because of Wheelers) they made sure to always stay in contact and keep myself and my family updated on everything going on. Upon receiving my keys I was also given a little welcome home goodie gift box which really meant the world to me.

This estate agent only buys and sells from what I can gather so atleast if this is what you want they might have more specific skills in this field than other estate agents who try to cover the whole estate spectrum. The one problem is you will not just stumble across this place as it is in the back streets of Brighton so maybe checking out the website first is the best way to go round checking it out as it is with many things nowadays. The office looks pretty snazzy which for me says that if they are trying to look the part they will more likely be more professional.
