Our office is located in Polegate High Street close to the railway station and bus services. If you are travelling by car, there is currently limited free parking at the railway station car park. Our opening hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays. If you need to contact us outside of these hours, then there is a messaging service or please email. When visiting our office, we do ask for face masks to be worn, maintain social distancing and where possible, only a maximum of two people in our office at any one time.

Archer & Partners is an independent estate agent, established in 2001 specialising in the sale of residential property. Our office is located in Polegate and though the majority of our properties are sold local to this area, we have achieved many sales in the surrounding Eastbourne districts, the downland villages and Hailsham.We are also very thankful for receiving repeat business from previous buyers and sellers over the years with many kind recommendations from the local community and other local businesses.

This is where we will provide you with an approximate guide price range and let you choose the different ways as to how you can advertise your asking price. We base our pricing advice on comparable properties recently sold or for sale, as well as taking into consideration the current market conditions.

We recently bought a bungalow from Archers. A lot of estate agents held on to our offers and tried to bump the price up but Archers were honest and straightforward. We put an offer in, they put it straight to the owners and the ovners accepted, no messing about. They were also friendly and helpful at all times.

Archer & Partners have been an absolute dream to work with. We have just completed on our purchase with them and can not fault them at all. It took a long time for us to complete (no fault of Archers) but we are finally there. All through the process Rob has been nothing but amazing and he's been a delight to deal with all through the process. From the first viewing we had, to the second viewing, to all the issues in the 5 months till our completion post offer Rob has been a star.
He always answered our questions super quickly and went above and beyond in the lead up to exchange, during exchange and completion day itself. Moving is stressful and we do not plan to do it again for a very long time, but have no issues with recommending Archer and Partners. Our experience was as a buyer, but if we were this well taken care of, not paying them a penny, then the service as a seller must be second to none :)

I recently sold a two bedroom apartment through Archer & Partners. Their service was excellent. They provided good communication on viewings and advice through the whole process. If I was to sell another property in the area I would do so without hesitation. Property was sold based on market value and consequently sold quickly to everyone's benefit.

I would not hesitate in recommending Archer and Partner Estate Agents. We purchased our bungalow through them in September 2020. All the staff we so helpful and professional. We thought we were going to lose the bungalow at one point when our buyer fell through but Rob and his colleagues did everything they could to assist us and we finally made our move.
