We have just purchased a house that David & his team sold. They were fantastic! Really happy with the service and the speed at which we managed to complete the purchase. What could have been a very stressful process, was quite straight forward :

David and Terry provided an excellent service from start to finish. They made the selling process straight forward. They were always available to answer any queries and chase things up. Both were very professional, friendly and sincere. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. They carried out all the necessary checks on the buyers and ensured the selling process was smooth. Thank you for all your hard work.

I have rented from David Andres for well over 10 years now and have only moved because of needing a bigger house to accomodate my growing family. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay in their property and can not recommend enough just how great they have been all this time.

Contacted them, but absolutely no reply. Probably one of those that leaves properties online after they have sold to make it seem like they have more than they do > EDIT about their reply: This property is NOT listed as sale agreed, NOT contract pending, nor anything else. So your patronising reply which implies I am a little bit slow is rejected. Next time, just try a sorry we messed up this time instead of implying I am unable to read a Rightmove listing.

Booked to view a property on Monday 6th December. Drove 35 minutes to the viewing on Tuesday 7th December to find noone was there. Turns out the property was removed over night and noone contacted me. I had an email confirming the viewing and the time so they had the correct email address, meaning they could have contacted me sooner. When wondering where anyone was I called someone in the office and they had no idea what was going on either. Useless company who wasted 1hr30min of my life (was a 1hr10min round trip with 20mins not knowing what was going on)

Highly recommend David Andrews! Professional and approachable. They have gone above and beyond and nothing was ever too much trouble. Always there to answer my queries and took the stress out of a tricky house sale. David and Terry had my best interest and kept me updated throughout the process. 11/10 for service! Can't recommend David Andrews enough; I've just bought a property and Terry was amazing from start to finish - unlike most estate agents I've dealt with, Terry was on the ball, informative and quick to respond to any of my queries (no matter how silly they were)! In addition to being a first time buyer with pretty much no understanding of how the whole thing worked, I also had a particularly long conveyancing process and Terry was relentless at chasing up solicitors and providing me with guidance, advice and support whenever I needed it. Would highly recommend the agency based on this experience and can't thank Terry enough for all of his help!

Absolutely fantastic agent to rent a property from! Very professional from the initial contact and throughout the duration of my tenancy. I would certainly recommend DA to anybody who wishes to rent in Manchester, which is sadly becoming a rarity around the city, as they were extremely approachable, and show care for their properties and tenets.
