I rent from them I think they are friendly; but repairs are the biggest hurddle with them. I hope they can improve this in near future Overall they are good. Im quite happy.

No personal experience of them I have to pickup someone from the Egginton street and I have to pick that person from front of this place when ever I have experience of them I will edit my review and rating

Moved in to a dirty flat, pipe burst and they didn't fix it for about 6 months. Mould everywhere and mushrooms were growing in the corridor. Incompetent and shouldn't be permitted to manage properties. We informed them and they did not do anything. Send around an incompetent "handy man" who did not know what he was doing. Taking advantage of students. (if you look at their only good reviews, they are both written by the same person.)
