They have taken my personal and private information and have splashed it throughout the Internet without my authorization! I have been trying to send them emails to have them remove it but I am getting the runaround! I plan on contacting my attorney first thing in the morning to have them remove it! Wish me luck!

This company has used my personal information without my consent (looks like they accessed it from Linkedin). I have attempted to contact them and ask for it to be removed and they sent me a form to complete to prove my identity which had 28 other peoples personal information attached. My Linkedin profile was not public, so they have logged in to access the information.

Updated 5/18/18: You need to hire support that actually knows what they are talking about. still taking the "its you, not our product" approach. Also to note, 3 of your 4, 5 star reviews.are your own employees. ___ Updated Again: Still buggy and have ongoing issues. ___ Updated Review: Bugs have been fixed and coming out with new features that are great for sourcing! ___ Experience has been less than great since signing up.
Lots of bugs with the product, causing more time trying to implement the tool than we thought. Spending more time backtracking fixing issues this product is causing than actually getting benefits from it. Will increase stars on the review when ZP starts working the way we were told it was going to.

I've used multiple different SDR tools over the last 5 years and this is far and away the best value I've received. leads are high quality and affordable. SDR tools have some bells and whistles I don't get value out of, but core functionality is super easy to use. Hubspot integration made my life way easier.

Very antiquated software overall. Their support staff changes frequently and will provide conflicting information to questions asked. Very time consuming to utilize for lead generation and the leads they provide are overall very week. I'm am seeing bounce back rates as high as 75% from there leads but the leads I am generating from my own industry sources are far lower (around 25%) Very dissatisfied with working with them and have made multiple attempts to resolve with them and they have been very slow to offer up solutions.

The agent provided poor service throughout and before leaving the apartment wanted to charge an outrageous fee for a 'professional' cleaning claiming that it is the landlord who requires this. The apartment however was handed over in a rather poor condition - not cleaned by a professional crew and with a number of items breaking down throughout tenancy (boiler, kitchen ventilator, heater), which were left unfixed for days and in one case 2 weeks (electrical heater for the main living room). Do not trust them. They act as being understanding when communicating and try to trick you in the end.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH CITYLIFE. Disgusting service. We've been shouted at and threatened to get out of the office. They put the phone down on us and ignore emails and phone calls. They called my housemate obscene names for absolutely no apparent reason. They charged us for sending a couple of unqualified cowboys round to fix our washing machine. the washing machine broke 3 more times so we got our own contractor round who discovered that they hadn't replaced the pump (which they had charged us for!) and the hadn't even screwed it in!
We are still chasing to get our money back from these. They sent another unqualified 'painter and decorator' round to fix a huge leak in the ceiling; he turned up with a cheap hairdryer to 'dry the plasterboard'. Absolutely appalling. PLEASE do not sign up with them, they will steal your money and cause you massive stress having to deal with their incompetence,

I have just finished a tenancy with City Life Group, and cannot emphasise how much I would warn people against renting through them. Upon claiming my deposit back, I received demands to prove that utility bills had been paid. I disputed this as the agent is not liable for what is a contractual agreement between me and the utility companies. I received no response to my email, and so called them once the 10 working days was nearly up to ask about progress.
I was told by the member of staff who answered that he did not have time to deal with me, and he hung up on me whilst I was speaking, and repeatedly cancelled every call I attempted to make that afternoon. This led me to visit their office, where I was told by a member of staff "I don't care about your deposit", "You have no business talking to me", and to "Just go".
I was told the Director would deal with my enquiry the next day. On my next visit, I was shown the same level of disregard by the Director, called a "prat", told that I "enjoy being a prat", and told to "f*ck off out the office", simply for wanting written information about what was happening with my deposit. I was also complained at for requesting a copy of the protection certificate for my deposit, which had never been provided to me.
I was told it may not be protected, and was told "You come in here like you know something, when you don't know anything" when I mentioned the legal obligation to have protected it. I eventually left the office when they threatened to call the police for "disturbing" their work, despite my visit being entirely related to their business. The following week, I received an email from a different member of staff, Abbi, (whose pleasant customer service more than makes up for anyone else I'd dealt with there) asking where I would like my deposit sent to, just before I filed a dispute with TDS.
The customer service provided by most of the staff at City Life Group was simply rude, ignorant and offensive, and I believe (and was told by them) that it was due to the fact that I was no longer a tenant and so wasn't their customer any more (despite having paid them nearly 16,000 in rent over two years!). If you want an easy ride when reclaiming your deposit, and staff who know how to talk to a human being with any level of decency, DO NOT rent from City Life Group.

Posh estate and letting agents based at Five Ways. They mostly deal with flats in the city centre with rather grandiose names (the sort of place you can imagine Central newsreaders living) but also deal with foreign properties in emerging European countries. I found them a fairly decent company to deal with - I rented a flat off them without any major problems and even got my deposit back after leaving an iron shaped hole in the lounge carpet (don't ask). They also have a couple of handymen who will help you with minor plumbing and electrical emergencies.
