Always had a positive experience with Ash residential. My boiler broke during lockdown and they dealt with the issue by replacing it in a timely manner. All communication with existing the flat was managed well. Best letting agents I've experienced during my 6 years of renting across Manchester. I have recommended to friends.

I rented from Ash for 2 years whilst I was at Uni. They're one of the best agencies I have dealings with within Manchester for a few reasons: - The team was always friendly and flexible especially with payment dates (Eg rent due on the 7th but did not get my loan until the 16th etc.). - They were always responsive with calls and emails - the longest ive had to wait for a reply was 24 hours. - Repairs/ replacements were always sorted with no questions asked and done quickly. All in all, they're a decent letting agency and I would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Nice swerve! You already know who I am, I'm a tenant close to your office in Manchester, not referring to any other Ash Residental! How would I know about an 'internal' fire safety exit door issue, that I've already sent numerous emails to info@ashresidential.com if I didn't live here and lived somewhere else. I don't have to be 'on your system' to make a bad review about you, which this is, that's not how this works.
You couldn't be bothered to respond to my fire safety concerns via multiple emails, but you respond to this to repair your bad reputation, I've seen and read all the other reviews. Deny and ignore is your company motto. Steer clear of this company! 0/10! Unprofessional and unresponsive to a series of emails sent about a fire safety exit door concern. They didn't seem very concerned.

I understand that Ash Residential is a relatively small, family run business, and has been running for three generations! During the 12 months I rented from them I enjoyed poor customer service, extremely bad response times for serious maintenance issues, general ineptitude and average banter. If I had to sum up my general experiences of this estate agency in one word it would be 'lacklustre'.

Terrible customer service! These guys are awful. If you do choose to rent with Ash Residential I'd advise you not to expect anything but the bare minimum from them. They've lied/mislead us on a number of occasions, and have been really unprofessional with us right from the start, sometimes downright rude. If you have any kind of issue you'll need to pester them repeatedly for weeks on end if you ever want it to be resolved.
As soon as you've signed the contract they clearly don't care at all about providing a decent service, and if you call them they'll lie to you or tell you what you want to hear, just to get you off the phone. However on the plus side: our flat is cheap and clean and fairly decent. I just wish we had used a better letting agency!
