I contacted MJ to list my apartment whereby the process was managed by George. He's been very communicative throughout the process, honest in his approach which has been truly valued and he spent time providing me with all the Info required to ensure responsibilities of a landlord are met. When George wasn't available, Daniella stepped in and facilitated where appropriate. Fantastic service.

Excellent agents available almost 24/7 and superb responsive, nothing is too much trouble and they treated all renting process with care and detail. Danielle is an exceptional agent and we are very grateful for your work

Would give 0 stars if possible as their inventory clerk (Julie/ Jenny) who represents Maguire Jackson used the master key on her inspections but went to the wrong flat. I am a young woman who was by myself at the time and she used this to open my door into my flat (which is not managed by Maguire Jackson) and so there was no reason for her to gain entry into my property.

At the time, I was shown no ID or business card and of course because she entered the wrong property (very illegally, might I add) we were obviously not noted that this was going to happen. Furthermore, if I was not in at the time, although this was a terrifying experience, she would have gone into and inspected my flat without my knowledge or consent.

This of course was a very traumatic situation on my end, and to top it all off, I spoke to one of the managers Kate to find out why someone from Maguire Jackson had gained entry to my flat. I found that she was very rude and although got to the bottom of the issue, was very blunt, unapologetic and not very compassionate as used phrases such as 'as I have already explained to you'.

I was not very impressed with this treatment given the illegal experience that I had had with Maguire Jackson and she was only apologetic once it was proven that it was their fault some hours later. I have been waiting over 48 hours for a written statement from Kate, which I am yet to receive. I also hope for updates on what actions are being taken with the woman who illegally entered my flat.

Wonderful service and great team that tried to help with everything I needed from Maguire Jackson. George and Danielle are professional and friendly, those viewing suggestions are just fit what was on my mind. I really appreciate it. Especially George, he is one of the best agent that I have met. I definitely will recommend MJ if someone asked me about letting or buying a property in the future, of course, I would contact George again if I have a chance to buy a property too.

I was really impressed with the service I was provided with at Maguire Jackson, and in particular, Tom. I was guided through the whole process, and Tom chased various issues on my behalf to keep the process moving. Even after moving in, MJ helped me with any queries I had, in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend MJ and the service they provide!

An agent of maguire Jackson entered our flat for an inspection when we aren't renting from them and terrified myself and my flatmate who was alone at the time dealing with this person into thinking someone had the keys to our flat and there was a security issue until they admitted fault and apologised. I can appreciate mistakes are made at times but this mistake resulted in the illegal entry into our flat in a completely different building to the flat the agent was looking for which shows a degree of negligence on their part and to top it all off the manager my flatmate spoke to was highly rude and did not take our concerns seriously until they realised that they were at fault. We are also still waiting for the written apology we were promised.

We have dealt with Maguire Jackson multiple times over the last few years. Very straight forward company to work with. I like Phillips no nonsense approach. Friendly professional team in the office also. I've dealt with most agents now and in my view MJ are certainly up there with the best.

I moved into a new rental property managed by Maguire Jackson in August. I was assigned Danielle Bishop, the letting negotiator to oversee the viewing and process the Contract documents following a successful application. I found Danielle to be very professional, attentive and responsive throughout the process. There was a brief period of negotiation with the Landlord of the property, this was handled very well by Danielle and I was informed daily of any updates.

I now deal with Siobhan Bartley, who has followed suit in being attentive in any issues I have had, fortunately they have been minimal. All in all, very happy with my experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Maguire Jackson.

I have had my property fully managed by Maguire Jackson for many years, and always been very happy with their style. Attentive to both landlords and tenants, and a good attention to detail and understanding of current legislation and landlords concerns. I predominatly deal with Siobhan, who is always quick to reply to my concerns and clearly has a very good rental property knowledge and understanding. I would definitely recommend them to other landlords.

I can't recommend Maguire Jackson and Danielle. I run my own estate in London and Danielle helped me with a client who had a property in Birmingham that I needed to rent out but not being local, I needed a good agent to work with and I found that in Danielle. Danielle was on the ball every step of the way with the keys, the viewings, the tenants, the paperwork, everything. I can't recommend Danielle and her team enough. We have rented our property through Maguire Jackson. As first time renters out of university housing, we felt in very safe hands with them. The process was well explained and thorough from their end. We worked with Luisa Hackney and I can't fault her at all. She made sure that all aspects were covered and fully explained everything to us throughout.

Danielle was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the apartment. I was looking to move quickly and Danielle arranged a move within 2 weeks with a very smooth referencing process (when usually they are pretty painful!) and assisted me with any last minute questions!

It's the first time that we are renting though an agency, and our experience has well exceeded our expectations thanks to the outstanding work of Danielle. During our first viewing we already felt that the property she was showing us was *the* one (thanks to her enthusiasm and the kindness of the landlords), but her work and support throughout the whole (very smooth) process only further confirmed our choice!
