This company manages flats in our block which is in Sovereign harbour south. I own flats there and rent them out myself through an internet agency, but I have had very bad experiences with this company and it's staff and I constantly hear from the management company and of fellow lease holders who have had even more toe curling experiences with them. I can only repeat the advise given to me by my management company to stay well clear of them.

If you want to sell your property, don't go near this agent. I am a prospective buyer. I was interested in viewing a property listed for sale on rightmove.co.uk. Over a period of three weeks or so, I sent three or four emails to Homes4sail asking for additional details. No response. I left three voicemail messages (nobody ever answers the phone).
No response. Called a fourth time and to my amazement there was a voice on the other end of the phone. Told "Dan" I wanted to arrange a viewing of two properties. He told me there were tenants in the properties and that he would talk to them, arrange a time, and get back to me. Never heard from him again. Gave up and put an offer in on another property listed with another agent.
