After 10 years of them letting my property, they displayed rudeness and incompetence. Over the years there were some minor issueswhich I let go. One worthy of note was when a staff member by the name of Josh was extremely rude to me when defending a second time defaulting tenant. The tenant had gone to India for holiday and returned with excuses as to why he could not pay rent.
One excuse being his bank account had been hacked. Also, according to this Josh, I am responsible if a tenants car break downs and they are unable to pay rent because of that. He was extremely rude and when I raised issue about this, Lisa Wolf did not even reply. As I was busy, let this go, but now realise it was my mistake. More recently, and what caused me to ditch LP ( they also rudely requested it after 10 years of managing my property ) is that they contacted me about some work they said was done by a roofing company, .
They did not recall speaking to me about it. I cannot recall it all all. I do not recall agreeing 300 to remove moss from my roof. This work was done, according to them, 2 and a half years ago. No emails about it. Nothing. They were provided photographs from the builder at my rental property and they passed them on to me, requesting payment of 300.
Of course I was very annoyed by this as I did not expect a bill from so long ago and for which they have no support other than pictures taken by a roofer. There were other times when roofers worked on my roof, so when was this agreed? Did they actually do 300 worth of work, or was that figure invented at the time of submitting the demand? And when requested, a recently written up invoice was emailed to me. lisa wolf accused me of shouting which is simply not true.
She also threatened to release my details to the builder if I refused to pay 300, so effectively putting me at risk. So a builder is just going to talk? They usually are aggressive people. She subsequently denied this. She seems to forget what she says very quickly when its convenient. She made it clear.pay or she will disclose my details. It was crystal clear, but denied when challenged.
I decided to pay the money and move on. Except for my horrible encounter with Josh from their staff, everything here can be proven. except for the things said over the phone. I have all evidence to back up this review and its sole purpose is to make people aware what happened in my case, and I played by all the rules. I was very disturbed by this.
Why did they side with a roofer who submitted an invoice almost three years later? I have my suspicions. I am able to provide evidence of this matter whoever is interested. How many of you reading this will pay an invoice from nearly three years ago that they know nothing about? People should not be bullied by people who have business names and letter headed papers, It means nothing when things are not done properly, as in my case.
They colluded with a company called Ashford Roofing to extract money from me. 300 won't change anyone's life, but it's a question of right and wrong. And how they handled this was totally wrong. So anyone can invent a demand by taking pictures and demand money nearly three years later? That's not right Is this good service? You decide. This is the thanks I got from them for allowing them to manage my property since 26 August 2010! I urge people to do what ever is best for them. Be loyal to no business, ever. I have learned.

It's so refreshing to belong to a CO-OP after many years of so-called "service" from Xcel Energy. Emily recently went above and beyond to assist me with the acquisition of a LPEA provided EV home charger and got me hooked up with the TOU rate plan that will save me even more when charging my car. Great service and programs/rates that are not profit driven, a win-win.

Have to give them a 1. We are moving in mid-August 2020 so we need to cancel our service. We call July 6th and were told that we have to call 30 days or less to cancel. What! How antiquated is this company? Guess that's the service you'd expect from a monopoly. Now I have to remember to call them again and stay on hold again to cancel within 30 days. Update your system LPEA.

Joanne Oswin I recently used Leicester Premier to sell my house and they were brilliant! It was a marriage split and my husband was awkward most of the time and made it as difficult as he could but they were very professional and handled the situation perfectly. All the team were great but Josh was a life saver kept me informed at all times and during the difficult moments he tried different things to get the sale to go through and kept the buyer happy and we managed it in the end. I couldn't fault the service and the team at all. Would highly recorecommend using them!

We have been dealing with Daniel and his team at Leicester Premier for about 15 years. Our experience has been nothing but positive. We have a number of rental properties that will change tenants from time to time. The speed at which Leicester Premier gets them readvertised and re-let makes for little downtime between tenants. The last rental had 2 days between the tenant leaving and a new tenant moving in.
They provide advice on how much to rent for, feedback on issues so you can quickly fix and are the only agency we use. Keep up the good work. I am sure we will be using you again soon.

Sold my house with Leicester Premier earlier this year. Service was excellent, a buyer was secured quickly and exchange of contracts took place within 5 weeks. I was regularly updated by both Josh and Daniel and always felt assured that everything was in hand. Rare to find an independent family estate agency and reasonable fees too. Would use again.

I purchased a house recently through Leicester Premier and was so pleased with the service I received I decided to use them to find a tenant for the property. Josh and Daniel both offered helpful advice when required, communicated promptly and were keen to move both the purchase and rental on ASAP. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

A necessary utility, you're always going to hear complaints. Yes, the employees can seem cold - unfortunately my financial problems and yours are the same ones these people deal with on a daily basis, with lesser and greater degrees of honesty. Approach with respect and honesty and you'll find they're one of the best at trying to offer any solution they can.
Have always had good luck with response time on outages, and in 13 years of being a customer have yet to see an error in my billing. A company with integrity, if not all the answers.
