My experience with Davidson Estates was amazing, I literally couldn't have asked for a better service. Their communication throughout the entire process was prompt, helpful, and informative. It really felt like they cared about us during this purchase, and went well beyond what I expected. Thanks to our estate agent Jonathan, we knew exactly what was happening at every stage of our purchase process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Carol and the team at Arkade are nothing short of amazing. Carol, honestly could not do enough for us and felt like she was a friend, who actually cared, not just an agent, if only all estate agents were like Carol, huge thank you, would recommend to everyone and use again in a heartbeat.

The best letting agency I have had the pleasure of letting from. From viewing the property in question to moving in and living in, every single thing has been smooth sailing. The team are incredibly friendly, responsive and pleasant to deal with. Whenever I have had a maintenance request it has been deal with within a few days. The company provide you with your own personal dashboard to log and issue and is addressed within days.

I couldn't be happier after having an awful time dealing with the former letting agency. I highly recommend Arkade Property LTD to anyone who wants a hassle free experience of letting.

These Guys are the Best on the Planet! We have used them twice already and both occasions they sold our properties in the first week for the First Viewer! All of them are highly professionals in their office and the business owners are always there for you too. They are not just delegate their colleagues they are not shy to make their hands dirty too!

Myself and my partner have been renting a property with Arkade Property Ltd for just over a month now and we couldn't reccomend them highly enough! Having only rented student accomodation prior to our tenancy, we were very impressed with the moving in process and how clearly our contract and next steps were explained to us. Maintenance issues are dealt with very easily through an app and the engineer who came out was extremely helpful. When emailing Tom and Justin with any enquiries they typically reply within a couple of hours.a huge improvement on waiting for weeks with who we were renting with before!

First and foremost there are not enough stars! Although an offer for the full asking price was accepted for my flat, it took 6 months to get to exchange of contracts! Throughout that period both Andrew Kay and James Clapham were encouraging, persistent and absolutely brilliant with client care. I cannot praise them enough for all their help and encouragement.

I am moving to Harborne and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Arkade Property to handle property matters for anyone who asks! Well done guys! (and Sybilla of course:P)

Arkade Property have been managing our flat for years now. There was always the feeling that the property was in safe hands from the moment a new contract is signed to the way they communicate with us. If there was a chance to give them 10 starts, that is what I would do.

I moved into a rental apartment here in Jewellery Quarter just over 1 week ago, and this was arranged through Arkade Property. From start to finish, this 'check-in' process has been seamless. I've experienced exceptional customer service and particularly enjoyed using a digital platform to scan, review and sign all necessary documents. I would also like to thank Nicola, Justin and Wesley for all of their help.

Their customer service skills have been outstanding and they are an absolute credit to this company. I had a lot of questions/queries and these 3 team members that I dealt with were always more than happy to assist on each occasion. I have been privately renting for over 8 years and have now dealt with a total of 4 different Lettings Agents in that time (across both South Warwickshire and Birmingham City Centre).

Arkade has been managing my property and its lettings since I bought it in 2005. Without exception, they have provided me with a thoroughly professional, efficient and friendly service. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

You will notice how this company is a toxic company, with toxic employees, when you will start having some problem. My bill includes a private parking. But I have no access to the parking, someone else is putting his car there. Arkade Property doesn't even care about the issue. Letting me know that's not their matter. The worst company I've ever dealt with.

I will never recommend it to anyone. Edit: I said you again, you are a very toxic company. You made me lost too many hours, on phone and emails, without finding a solution to a simple parking issue. You rent a flat in a building which you don't know how it works. The only thing you care about is the money. The safety and healthy of your tenants matter less.

You lied to me since the begining. When I moved to the apartment there was no blind in the bed room. I had to wait three weeks. How much do I owe you? Nothing! You have no moral value, no shame.
