They only care about themselves and their money, sometimes you have to wait a month for an e-mail reply, although they are sent to 3 people working in the agency, problem solving is not on their side, they always say "if something does not suit you, you can move out". Requests to fasten the gas pipes outdoors last 2 years, nothing has been done. Such pseudo-companies should be shut down immediately, with no right to restart.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Very unproffesional service. The staff only care about their own pocket and favourtise. They have no procedure and communication is very poor. Few people have had the same problem. Quality and value is very poor. Would defo not recommend.
