Sold a house with seven estates and their service was impeccable. They are one of the cheapest agents in Leicester, we honestly couldn't find anyone with a lower price. Abid went above and beyond to sell our house and was always available by phone/ email. He even helped hurry along solicitors etc and reassured us throughout the process at what was a very stressful time.

Recently purchased a property from Seven Estates, honestly the service was amazing, Abid kept us fully informed each stage of the process, was always available in person and over the telephone. Always keeps to his word and contacts you. Abid was always happy to do the running around chasing solicitors etc and keeping things moving. You wouldn't get this level of personal service from most other agents.

I have been with Seven Estates since 2009 and Idris and Abid manage my properties. The services they provide are excellent. In the past many years, whenever I have had a concern relating to any of my properties, they have been always there and have been able to provide sound and professional advice. No complaints and all my properties are managed stress free.

Just yesterday, Idris and Abid helped facilitate the purchase of new property. As I am not in the country, they viewed the property for me, helped negotiate a great price and were on top of the things with the solicitor as well. Whenever I would suggest something, Idris and Abid would be one step ahead of me. We just exchanged contract and closed yesterday December 21, 2020.

I was told that things would be delayed due to the pandemic, but from viewing to closing, I was able to do all this within 10 weeks. What Pandemic? Many thanks Idris and Abid for all that you do for your clients.
