I had one viewing with this estate agency, agent named Racha was very friendly and polite. After the viewing we arranged next day (Saturday) to see another property we said to meet a 15:00. Racha said it would be perfect for her and she works until 16:00. Me and my friend came early, i texted her to inform that we nearby. Exactly at 15:00 i tried to knock and use the door bell, but obviously no one was there, i tired to call to the agent but phone was unavailable, i have tried few times, and left one voice mail.
I have send massage to another phone number(which was provided with address of agency) to ask if someone will come to show us the property, also no one responded. Its very unprofessional and not respectful customer service, i would suggest to people avoid them, dont waste your time. Its my first review ever, because we just wasted our Saturday. Really horrible customer service

I rented a lovely room in a shared flat that was managed by Crestwell and had an excellent experience throughout the two years I lived there. Our property manager was responsive and professional. Repairs were always done in a timely manner and requests to make improvements to the flat (e.g. put in black out blinds) were always approved. Highly recommend them.

We have rented through Crestwell for the past year now. Our property manager has been very quick to respond and resolve any issues in a timely, high quality manner. All staff I've spoken to have also been very accommodating and welcoming to talk to. I would definitely rent through them again in future and would highly recommend!

I recently rented through Crestwell for two years, and had a really good experience. Any time there were any issues with the house we got immediate responses to queries and the problem was fixed. We've never had any unfair charges, and I've certainly not been charged for things that other agencies have (e.g. providing a tenancy reference). They were fair and transparent from the first day through to the last day, and were always professional and efficient whenever I've dealt with them. The moving out process was handled in good time and we had no issues whatsoever in return of deposits. I would happily rent a property through them in the future.
