I have let my rental flat out through Myspace for the last 18 years and, for the last 4 years have also used their property management service to fully manage the flat and tenants for me. On the lettings side Myspace has always found new tenants quickly, with void periods between tenants generally being just a couple of weeks and all of the communication, paperwork and funds being handled well.
I've been very happy with the management service provided by Tracey (and formerly Patrycja) which has saved me a lot of time and stress in the last few years. From a landlord's perspective, they are quick to communicate real issues with the property and can resolve 90% of them with their regular tradesmen. When more significant work has been needed, they've found good suppliers at reasonable prices, and have managed the work on my behalf. I wish I'd opted for the fully managed service years ago.

We have been renting a property through MySpace for the last year, and they have been professional and helpful throughout the whole tenancy. Whenever any issues arose, they were quick to respond and were always on hand to answer any queries we had. A special thanks to property managers Patrycja and Tracey for immediately dealing with any property related issues! We have spent the last 2 years renting through MySpace and have been really impressed with their care for us as tenants. They have been quick to respond with any issues we had in the flat, and when it came to the end of our tenancy (which was due to end in the middle of Covid) they were really helpful and flexible with amending the move out date. Would highly recommend their services!

I have been renting a flat managed by the Myspace Islington agency since 3 years. The agency has been really helpful in contacting the landlord and mediating any fixing that had to be done. During the Covid-19 unsettling times, the agency also took precautions and measures to make client work at a distance. I wold recommend the agency, as they manage the property well and in accordance with the landlord and tenant.

One of the worst agency there is. Property managers are absolutely incompetent and could not care less. For example, when we reported an issue with one of the windows they didn't believe us but after several emails, they agreed to go to the flat and check. They then properly broke the window which was not already closing very well and left it wide open in the middle of November without giving us the heads-up!
We then had to fix it ourselves until they sent someone the next day. When moving out, they claimed 70 for a painting job to cover 4 blueberry spots on one of the kitchen wall which was not tiled. Also, they wanted to charge us to paint over some marks they themselves left on the walls during their numerous inspections over the 3 years we lived there! Luckily we had proof for that.
We argued with them, even offered to pay the 70 IF they provided us with a receipt & proof that the works have been carried out which they just wouldn't want to do. We were very determined to reject their claim & move forward with the deposit arbitration process but in the end we got so disgusted with their ways that we just accepted their claim. Merry Christmas from us.

I have recently rented a property via MySpace agents. All the agents were very nice and helpful all along the process from visiting the property, negotiating and signing the contract and getting fully set up at the flat. The agency has particularly been helpful in getting across our requests to the landlord. Overall, we haven't had any surprises or communication issues. Our interactions with the agency has actually been quite straightforward and smooth.

Well, after seeing 3 x1 star reviews i am really not surprised. The manager Heather is rude and from my call with her just now, clearly incompetent. She cannot remember simple facts like how many offers she has had on a property in a 24hr period. and then suddenly happens to remember them. She is either a liar or doesn't know what she is doing. I put an offer in on a property and when i asked her to admit if she put the offer forward to the vendor asking them if they would like to go to best and final offers on a sealed bid she hung up on me.
At best she is clearly out of her depth and has no clue how to run an office with good communication, at worst she is the reason Estate Agents have a bad name with her devious way of handling sales. And who loses out.the Vendor. They will be receiving less money than they could have achieved for their property. I would never use this agent and if you want to get the best money for your property. i would advise you to steer clear of this agent as the way they have dealt with this negotiation it is is clear their incompetence and inability to communicate politely and professionally and downright rudeness on the telephone will only push buyers away and in the end reduce demand for your property and in turn rob poor sellers of thousands of pounds. When there are so many other (good and honest) agents out there, why use them?
