Had a great experience renting through Ideal Place! Nick and Dina were great throughout my 2+ year tenancy. The original process was really straightforward and if there was ever an issue to be sorted, Nick was always a phone call away, morning, afternoon or night every day of the week! As the name suggests, they are the "Ideal" estate agents!

I rented a property through Ideal Place and was delighted with their service and support throughout. From initially being shown around the property to arranging my move in and the responsive and friendly communication throughout my time living in the flat both Nick and Dina did everything I could have asked for as agents. They have created a really welcoming family feel to everything that they do whilst also maintaining an excellent level of professionalism. I would highly recommend renting with them.

We have recently moved into an Ideal Place property, and the staff have been incredible. The process from arranging a viewing to signing the paperwork was handled efficiently and professionally. And when we found out that the fridge needed to be replaced and the shower needed repairs shortly after we moved in, Nick was absolutely amazing, always very friendly and helpful, and arranged for it all to be sorted the next working day.

Would 100% recommend and looking forward to continuing to rent with them! UPDATE: Our shower tap developed a leak on Saturday evening and we had to call in an emergency plumber, and Nick was absolutely amazing in handling the matter. He responded to phone calls even though it was the weekend and very kindly offered to refund us the fee for the plumber. Many thanks to Nick and the team for a wonderful and hassle-free renting experience! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

This is the best agency in London. Absolute professionals, helpful and they would go out of their way to help out and accommodate their clients. I personally dealt with Nick and he's a bona fide gentleman. Friendly, polite, and he always had my back. I cannot recommend this agency enough!

I have lived in my rented flat, which is managed by Ideal Place, for over twelve years. During this time these agents have been excellent. If anything has needed doing, either to my flat or the block in general, Nick has always ensured it has been done quickly and well. Highly recommended.

We have been a tenant of Ideal Place for over five years and Nick has always been a pleasure to deal with. We have used other London agencies in the past who have been rude and greedy; always adding in ridiculous fees and who frankly couldn't care less about you. This has never been the case with Ideal Place, however, who feel like a family business and treat you as such.

Any question we have had about the property has always been dealt with courteously and fairly. Much to my embarrassment, I once even needed to call them on Christmas Day due to an emergency but they still picked up the phone and were happy to help. You can't say fairer than that! My girlfriend and I just finished a long tenancy lasting five years at one of the property rented by Nick from Ideal Place agency. It was sad to leave the flat that we have been able to call home for such a long time. It is not easy, in London, to find flats of this quality and building a trusted relationship with an estate agent. During the years, he listened to our requests, he sent his maintenance team when necessary and he agreed to make small improvements that we asked.
