I've been really impressed with the whole London-Move team. They are friendly and efficient and have helped me to let out my flat in a very stress free way. There has only been a few days between tenants which has been amazing and they have been great at keeping me informed along the way. My tenants have been happy with them as well. I recommend them and thank Fatih, Dace, Abdul, Imran and the team for their hard work.

I've been renting my property with London Move for almost a year, having previously been with Next Move, their sister company, for 4-5 years under the same management. I've always had a very good rapport with everyone involved and I can honestly say they do care about their job and really look after both landlords and tenants. I like to consider myself as a caring landlord who wants what's best for the tenant, and London Move have always backed me on this philosophy, by being honest, supportive, and by promptly exchanging any information between me and my tenants.
I have been very happy with everyone I have dealt with including Abdul, Fatih, and Dace who are always extremely competent and helpful. I would very much recommend this agency!

Five star service from the team at London Move. As a new landlord, the onboarding process was handled very professionally. Fatih (Lettings Associate) has been incredible with the lettings process from start to finish. He was very professional and understood our requirements. Communication was clean and transparent along with frequent updates. Everything was explained in detail and all of the necessary arrangements was coordinated in advance with little effort from us.
A professional photographer was arranged to create a virtual portfolio of the property immediately. Our property was then advertised very quickly to the market including all of the major online lettings portals. We immediately had multiple viewings with a successful tenant secured in a very short period of time. I would highlight recommend Fatih and the team at London Move to any new instructions or landlords looking to make a switch.

Amazing experience, me and my friend just moved out recently to a lovely house, London Move has helped out giving us totally support and professionalism. Fatih ( Agency Staff) introduced us the property, giving us all information, advising us with all documentation, he's absolutely caring and responsible, our landlord is cool. Unfortunately we had a pretty awful experience with London Move - and in particular with our Property Manager, Dace. This was also shared by our neighbours upstairs whose property was owned by the same landlord and managed by London Move. I don't know how much of it was to do with the fact that the landlord is clearly unwilling to pay for any upkeep and makes it difficult for London Move to take action, but at the end of the day, a property agent is there to protect the tenants and manage the property and should therefore force the landlord to comply (or refuse to work with them).
Where to start. there were issues when we moved into the flat which we had to chase continuously (finally going in in person) to get them to fix. We then had a mouse infestation in the ceiling for 6 months (half of our tenancy) which we had to chase and chase to get properly treated. Finally we ended up getting the council involved who served them with notice and then they agreed to do the necessary repair work to stop the mice coming in.
We also had to chase multiple times and finally ask to get in touch with the landlord directly to get our deposit back as they just didn't say anything for weeks after we'd moved out. We understand that our neighbours are now also having the same issue so anyone that has trouble with this from London Move, just make sure you follow the guidance on Shelter's website who offer a lot of advice.

We were two professional women living in the flat and were both very tidy and maintained the flat very well. It's a shame that this was not reciprocated. These agents are completely dishonest, incompetent and untrustworthy. We've lived in a flat for 1 year with mould growing continually indoors due to lack of ventilation and poor insulation. Paid 240 in fees initially then charged another 240 for renewal, with nothing being done about the problems. The toilet also broke and flooded the kitchen and bathroom, they sent round the guy who put up the fence to fix it.
The flat smelled repeatedly of sewage in the winter. We managed to negotiate a shorter contract but refused the fees on principle. London Move advised we carry on with a periodic tenancy, being 'in our interests', then 2 DAYS prior to the contract expiring we were told the landlord wanted the property back. In these two days they have not returned a single call (the manager is always 'busy') or replied to an email, leaving us facing a retaliatory eviction because we dared to complain. We are now taking up action with Hackney Council, ARLA, property ombudsman and will pursue legal action for loss through dishonesty.

Thank you again for a wonderful job in managing my property. This is the 05th time I have used London Move and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They offer a decent honest service and work hard to make the process as smooth as possible. Whenever I contacted Yusuf he always kept me updated on any issues. Their customer services department is fantastic and both Dace and Gintare are extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to any prospective landlord.
